LOQO is a rental matching platform. It is not a real estate agency, a screening provider, or a party to any lease agreement. LOQO does not guarantee the accuracy of any information submitted by tenants or landlords. All decisions regarding tenancy are made solely by the landlord and tenant involved.
LOQO accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from the use of this platform. Use of LOQO constitutes acceptance of these terms. All users must comply with applicable Quebec law, including the Civil Code of Quebec, the Quebec Charter of Human Rights and Freedoms, and the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25).
In compliance with Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25), LOQO collects only the information necessary to facilitate rental matching. Your data is stored securely and is never sold to third parties.
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us directly. Tenant profiles are retained for a maximum of 12 months from the date of submission, after which they are permanently deleted.
